In 2021 Copenhagen hosted WorldPride and Chef Lars Juul created the Pineapple Pride cake for La Glace together with the organisation Copenhagen Pride 2021.
The cake is made with mascarpone and vanilla mousse and a center of pineapple. Base is almond meringue with roasted almonds and the cake is decorated with white chocolate with the festive coloured dots from the WorldPride logo.
