Harmonie*

Harmonie is the french word for harmony derived fom greek harmonia ‘Joining, correct porpotion’ and is defined as ‘conformity and balance between the parts of a whole’.

The cake is made with fresh raspberries and pistacio cream with crushed pistacio kernels between two pistacio macaroons.
